2. International Student Stream
- Graduated Post-secondary (2yrs program) or Post-graduate(1yr program) within 2 years
- In a skilled occupation (NOC 0,A or B)
3. In-Demand Skills Stream
- Has experience of 1 year out of recent 3 years for the following NOC category
NOC 7441 - Residential and Commercial installers and services;
NOC 7521 - Heavy equipment operators (except crane);
NOC 8431 - General farm workers;
NOC 8432 - Nursery and greenhouse workers;
NOC 8611 - Harvesting labourers;
NOC 7611 - Construction trades helpers and labourers;
NOC 9462 - Industrial butchers, meat cutters, poultry preparers, related workers
Human Capital:
1. Master's Graduate Stream
- Graduated or have met all degree requirements from a Master's program
- That is at least one academic year in length if pursued on a full-time basis
- Must apply within two year of the date on which your Master's degree was granted(date appears on your diploma)
2. PhD Graduate Stream
- Graduated or have met all degree requirements from a PhD program
- Have completed at least two years of study in Ontario
- Must apply within two year of the date on which your PhD degree was granted(date appears on your diploma)
3. Ontario Express Entry - Human Capital Priorities Stream
- Qualify for FSWP or CEC + minimum of CRS 400 points
4. Ontario Express Entry - French Speaking Skilled Worker Stream
- Qualify for FSWP or CEC
- French CLB 7 or higher + English CLB 6 or higher
5. Ontario Express Entry - Skilled Trades Stream
- Qualify for CEC
